         Windecker Financial Planning LLC ("WFP", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to safeguarding the use of our clients' ("you" and "your") nonpublic personal information that we obtain in connection with

providing our financial planning and investment advisory services, as described below in our Privacy Policy (the "Policy").

        Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We understand that you have entrusted us with your private financial information. We do everything we can to maintain that trust.

 

         This notice is provided to you in compliance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct ("Code of Ethics") adopted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. This Code of Ethics

defines WFP's fiduciary commitment to each client, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's rule regarding the privacy of consumer financial information ("Regulation S-P").

 

        Please take the time to read and understand this Policy and the procedures that we have implemented to safeguard your nonpublic personal information. We collect personal information to provide financial planning and investment advisory services to, and manage our advisor relationship with you.

 

        We do not sell or give your information to anyone. We collect personal information in the normal course of business in order to provide planning and investment advisory services to you. We collect information that you provide to us when you become a client. The information we collect includes names, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and other information about your finances, investments, and financial planning needs.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our Clients or former Clients t anyone, except as permitted by law. In accordance with Regulation S-P, in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by law, we may disclose all of the information we collect as described above, to certain nonaffiliated third parties such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and persons or entities that are assessing our compliance standards. We enter into contractual agreements with all nonaffiliated third parties that prohibit such third parties from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we disclose the information.

 

        Outside of this exception we will not share your personal information with third parties unless you

have specifically asked us to do so.

 

        We protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We implement controls to ensure that this information is used for proper business purposes in connection with providing our services and managing our relationship with you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.

We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information and make every effort t keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. If you identify any inaccuracy in your

personal information or you need to make a change in that information, please contact us so that we may properly update our records.

 

        We will provide notice of changes in our Policy and other information sharing . If, practices at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information in any way that is

inconsistent with this Policy, we will give you advance notice of the proposed change. You will also have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure if we are required by law to allow you to opt out of the disclosure.
